I have a double major from the Federal University of São Paulo and in 2022 I received my Master’s degree at the same institution. Currently, I am a member of P2L and as a PhD student at the University of São Paulo, I am guided by Prof. Dr. Cristiano M. Chiessi and Prof. Dr. Vinicius R. Mendes. During the graduation and master’s degree years I have worked in the field of engineering by researching alternative treatment methods for contaminated water and analyzing climate data for public management. In the PhD, I will use different proxies to assess precipitation over South America based on sediment cores from the mouths of six large rivers that flow through the region.
