I am a BSc in Biological Sciences (Ponta Grossa State University, 2007), an MSc in Ecology (Federal University of Santa Catarina, 2010), and a Ph.D. in Geosciences (Fluminense Federal University, 2015).

I focus my research on reconstructing deep ocean circulation, elements cycling, and paleoenvironments applying benthic (and planktonic) foraminifera. Currently, I’m investigating the deep South Atlantic circulation changes during the last two glacial terminations using neodymium isotopes from foraminifera.

Research interests: Cenozoic paleoceanography, paleoclimatology, and paleoecology; Foraminiferal isotope and elemental geochemistry; Authigenic phases; micropaleontology.
